There are two types of compensation associated with liability coverage; bodily injury and property damage. Bodily injury covers losses resulting from injuries you cause to others. Property damage covers repair costs or the value of property you have damaged.

Who is covered?

You, along with family members who are living at your residence, are covered if driving your car or another person’s car with their permission. Someone else driving your car with your permission.

What is covered?

Those covered can be paid for losses related to:

  • Death
  • Injury
  • Medical care
  • Loss of services
  • Property damage (in certain states)

You are also covered for certain defense costs, bail bond costs and emergency first aid to others.

Uninsured Motor Vehicle Coverage

This coverage protects you, your family and passengers against losses caused by an at-fault driver who has no liability coverage or by a hit-and-run driver.

Who is covered?

You and any passengers in your car.You, along with resident relatives, are covered if occupying another person’s car.

What is covered?

Those covered can be paid for losses related to:

  • Death
  • Injury
  • Medical care
  • Property damage (in certain states)

Underinsured Motor Vehicle Coverage

This coverage protects you, your family and passengers against losses caused by an at-fault driver with insufficient liability coverage.

Who is covered?

You and any passengers in your car. You, along with resident relatives, are covered if occupying another person’s car.

What is covered?

Those covered can be paid for losses related to:

  • Death
  • Injury
  • Medical care
  • Property damage (in certain states)

Medical Payments / Personal Injury Protection Coverage

This protection covers you and your passengers regardless of who was at fault. In addition, you are also covered if you’re injured as a pedestrian.

Who is covered?

You, along with resident relatives, are covered.

What is covered?

Those covered are paid for medical expenses, including:

  • Ambulance;
  • Medical, surgical and dental treatment, including X-rays;
  • Hospital care and nursing;
  • Eyeglasses;
  • Funeral; and
  • Additional coverage may provide for loss of income and/or services.

Collision Coverage

This protection covers auto damage to insured vehicles that collide with another object. Repair or replacement costs will be covered for your vehicle, up to its actual cash value minus your deductible.

Comprehensive Coverage

This covers damage to your car from non-collision events, including fire, theft, vandalism, falling rocks, hail, or impact from an animal. Repair or replacement costs will be covered for your vehicle, up to its actual cash value minus your deductible.

Emergency Road Service / Express Service

A car accident or breakdown doesn’t have to leave you stranded with our roadside service. This coverage provides for:

  • Battery jump start*
  • Tire change*
  • Gasoline, oil and water delivery*
  • Towing
  • Minor mechanical adjustments
  • Lockout service

Emergency Road Service also includes Express Service, prompt 24/7 assistance at no additional charge. We will be billed directly for the services up to your Emergency Road Service coverage limit.

* Costs of the battery, tire(s), gasoline or oil are not covered under this policy.

Rental Reimbursement

Rental Reimbursement helps pay for a rental car following a covered loss, so you can still get through your day without your car.
